Welcome to RCForge, a storefront operated by ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using orenvamercantile.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Company Information

ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC operates RCForge from its principal business address at 353 N 4th Ave Suite 100, Pocatello, ID 83201, Bannock County.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
  • Color and design variations may occur due to manufacturing and display differences.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
  • Payment processing is currently unavailable.
  • Any production payment methods will be disclosed at checkout after a payment backend is connected.
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated from the shipping destination when live ordering is enabled.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY IDAHO LAW, ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Pocatello, Idaho, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You may also bring a claim in small claims court in Bannock County, Idaho, for disputes within its jurisdictional limits.

Class Action Waiver: You and ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any litigation not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Bannock County, Idaho.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
