Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC ("we," "us") provides a manufacturer's warranty on all tools and products sold through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified below.

2. Warranty Periods

• Tools (Hex drivers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches): 2 years from date of purchase.
• Maintenance products (mats, trays, organizers): 1 year from date of purchase.
• Storage products (cases, bags, boxes): 1 year from date of purchase.
• Electronics (voltage checkers, timers): 90 days from date of purchase.
• Cleaning chemicals and consumables: No warranty (use-by date applies).
• Bundle products: Each item in the bundle carries its own individual warranty period.

3. What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., broken tips, cracked handles, split metal).
• Workmanship defects (e.g., misaligned threads, improperly assembled parts).
• Rust or corrosion on metal components that occurs under normal storage conditions within the warranty period.
• Magnetic failure in magnetic trays and holders.

4. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
• Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., faded markings, scratched surfaces, worn bristles).
• Damage from dropping, impact, or excessive force.
• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals not intended for the product, or moisture beyond stated specifications.
• Loss of the product or incidental/consequential damages.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact [email protected] with your order number, product name, and a description of the defect.
2. Attach clear photos of the defect and the product.
3. Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
4. We will review your claim within 3-5 business days and respond with instructions.

6. Warranty Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product.
• Replace the defective product with the same or an equivalent product.
• Issue a full refund of the purchase price.
• Issue store credit for the purchase price.

Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by RCForge for approved claims within the United States.

7. Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Exclusive Remedy

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects. ORENVA MERCANTILE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

9. State Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Colorado residents have additional rights under Colorado Revised Statutes Title 6, Consumer and Commercial Affairs.

10. Extended Warranty

Extended warranty plans may be offered at checkout for select products. These plans are in addition to the standard manufacturer's warranty and provide extended coverage for an additional fee.
