Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for items returned within our 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• PayPal: 3-5 business days.
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund:

• Items returned with missing parts or accessories (15-25% restocking fee).
• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us (25-50% restocking fee).
• Items returned outside the 7-day window (at our discretion, up to 50% restocking fee).
• Bundles returned with individual items missing.

Non-Refundable Items

• Original shipping charges (non-refundable except for defective items).
• Return shipping costs for buyer's remorse returns.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Opened cleaning chemicals or lubricants.
• Custom or personalized items.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before shipping (typically within 24 hours of placing the order). Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following our Return Policy.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the defect.

Wrong Item Received

If we ship you the wrong item, we will send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You may also choose a full refund instead.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be refunded along with the product price for eligible returns. Colorado sales tax is non-refundable for items returned due to buyer's remorse where the tax has already been remitted to the state.
