How long does order processing take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified if requested before shipping (typically within 24 hours). Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you an RMA number and return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if I receive a defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Do you sell RC vehicles?
No. We specialize in maintenance tools, storage solutions, racing accessories, and workshop gear for RC enthusiasts. We don't sell vehicles, batteries, or chargers.
Why don't you sell batteries?
LiPo and Li-ion batteries have strict shipping regulations and safety certification requirements. Instead, we sell battery storage bags, organizers, and charging station accessories.
Are your tools compatible with all RC brands?
Our tools use standard metric sizes (1.5mm-5mm hex) compatible with Traxxas, Arrma, Tamiya, Kyosho, Associated, and most other major RC brands.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, our tools come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by product — check the product page for details.
