Processing Time
Shipping details, carriers, and fulfillment origin are provided during order processing.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Canada: 7-14 business days, starting at $19.99
- UK/EU: 10-21 business days, starting at $29.99
- Australia: 14-28 business days, starting at $34.99
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then contact us within 48 hours.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will reship to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. If the package is not returned, we are not responsible for replacement.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship batteries or battery-containing products due to shipping regulations.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders without prior approval.
- Some oversized items may require additional shipping time.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing and delivery times may be extended. Please order early for holiday gifts.
